Columbia Sports Tours (CST) Rules of Conduct
Patrons must comply with rules of conduct set forth by CST and the regulators or operators of facilities used by CST and its patrons. Including and not limited to Transportation Co. Rest areas, SafeCo Field, Qwest Field, and Portland Rose Garden, etc...
· Departure for Seattle Mariner Excursions from Tri Cities is normally 6 hours before game time.
· Smoking is prohibited except in designated areas.
· Possession or use of illegal substances is prohibited. This includes minors with alcohol either in possession or consumption.
· Fighting, taunting or other confrontational behavior is prohibited.
· Obscene clothing, language or behavior is prohibited.
· Possession of weapon, explosive device, corrosive or other hazardous materials is prohibited.
· Patrons who are incoherent, intoxicated or showing other signs of impaired state may be refused service at any time. For their own safety, they may be placed in the custody of medical, law enforcement or other professional personnel at their own expense.
· Patrons with offensive body odor, including excessive perfume or cologne may be denied service.
Limitations of Liability
Columbia Sports Tours (CST) limits their liability to the actual fare paid by a patron for failure to provide service or any other claim that may occur other than negligence on behalf of CST. Claims of negligence shall be limited to 5 times the fare paid to CST per person per incident. Claims for personal injury and/or inconvenience or negligence caused by the transportation company or other facility including Safeco Field should be addressed to their claims department and subject to their limitations. Acceptance of services provided by CST is acceptance and agreement of and binding by CST policies. Parents & legal guardians accept full responsibility and liability for their minor children.
