Q: What is a FAQ?
 
A: FAQ ia an acronym for "frequently asked questions".

Q: What is CST?
 
A: Initials for "Columbia Sports Tours, Inc."

Q: What do you have to offer?
 
A: CST provides game tickets, amenities and round trip transportation from the Tri-Cities, WA to sporting events around the Pacific Northwest. CST is focused on providing fun and affordable sports excursions for individuals, couples, small groups and families. Besides our open excursions, CST will customize excursions for groups of 20 to 58 persons, or more using multiple buses.

Q: How much do your excursions cost?
 
A: Prices vary depending upon destination and ticket prices. For the 2007 Seattle Mariner season, CST is offering 6 Sunday and 3 Wednesday excursions, Prices for Sun are $99 and Wed $89 pre paid per person.
 
Seahawk excursions are priced @ $67 per person for the travel package. Game tickets are priced from $42 - $360 per seat. Season ticket holders are welcome.
 
Dates and prices for Trail Blazer excursions are not yet available.

Q: Where are the seats at SafeCo Field?
 
A: The May 20th seats are 100 level outfield. Wed games are all View Reserved "Hit It Here" seats above the Hit It Here Cafe in right field. Sun games except May 20th are View Reserved seats located along the right field foul line or in the "Hit It Here" area. All View Reserved seats are no highr than 4 rows above the View Box Seats.

Q: Why are the Wed games cheaper?
 
A: By purchasing tickets in blocks of 40 or more, the Mariners generally discount weekday games below the group pricing for weekend games. CST is pleased to pass that savings on to it's patrons.

Q: Can we smoke or have beer on the bus?
 
A: The bus is a non-smoking environment. It will generally make 2 rest stops between Tri-Cities and Seattle. CST does not encourage the consumption of alcohol, however patrons may bring alcoholic beverages for personal consumption on the bus. You may not take them into stadiums or arenas. (See rules of conduct).

Q: When and where do we board the bus?
 
A: CST Mariner excursions will depart from The Richland Wal*Mart, at Queensgate, 2801 Duportail. Take I-182 exit 3 The bus will leave about 6 hours before game time. You will need to check in with photo ID at least 15 minutes before departure. Plan to arrive at the departure location at least 30 minutes before departure. Please park in the NW corner of the Wal Mart parking lot near the gas station. Wal Mart is open 24 hours and the lot is fairly secure, however there is no fee for parking and you do park at your own risk. Neither Columbia Sports Tours, nor Wal Mart accept any liability or responsibility for vehicles parked while participating in a CST excursion.

Q: What information do I need to make a reservation?
 
A: The name, address, date of birth and phone number for each person in your party. You will also need a major credit card or checking account information if paying over the phone. Checks or money orders may be mailed to us. (See Reservation & Refund Policies)

Q: Why do I need to provide birthdates and photo ID?

 

A: Our understanding that the "Homeland Security Act" provides that providers of intercity public transportation services are required to ascertain that all passengers travel under their true identity.
