Columbia Sports Tours, Inc. does not collect or retain information about our online visitors unless you submit it to us via our contact form. All information submitted to CST will be held in confidence and will not be released to any third party without prior written consent except as required by law.

Our data bases containing information about our patrons is never sold and is only shared with other entities to the extent required to operate our business, or as required by law.
Information may be used for promotion of Columbia Sports Tours.
We do not keep credit card numbers on file any longer than is required to process your transaction. When using a credit card for securing a reservation, the account will not be charged until 7 days prior to the first day of travel or in the event of cancellation will only be charged for the non refundable deposit amount (cancellation fee). Your credit card information is kept in a locked file and only entered into any of our computers that have secured Internet access. If you sent your credit card information via fax or e-mail, it is promptly transferred to a secure file and deleted from the computer files that handled the fax or e-mail. A back up file may be maintained on a secure data base on a computer that does not have Internet access.
Cash and check transactions are deposited in a designated trust account as required by RCW regulations within 10 days. Checks may be electronically processed, if so you will not receive your cancelled check from your bank. It will be returned to you upon request on the first day of travel or kept on file for up to 2 years at which time it may be destroyed.
In the event of a motor vehicle accident, a passenger manifest (roster) containing the names, addresses, dates of birth and phone numbers may be turned over to the transportation company providing the charter service and / or the law enforcement agency investigating the accident.
Certain records containing personal information of our patrons are required by law to be maintained in our archives for a minimum of 2 years and are subject to inspection by authorities. (WAC 308-129-300)
